Parking information

Attached is the parking map for campus, it highlights all of the garages that can be parked in. The garages outlined in light blue are permit only, but on the weekends they are open for anyone to park there.

Bender Arena Sports Center garage (Pinpointed on the map by a red arrow) is going to be the closest parking garage to our building which is labeled Mary Graydon on the map (Pinpointed by a red arrow). you

We would suggest parking on level 3, and entering the building through the right side of the garage.

Direction to the Hall in the Building

When you arrive through the door you will see the Campus Bookstore, turn the corner and walk through the stairwell to enter the Tavern. You are now on the first floor of MGC, from there you can walk through the Tavern, past the information desk and straight back to Mary Graydon Conference Rooms 2-5. You will pass the staircase, which is where the bathroom will be located.

Uber/ Lyft Information

If you are using Lyft or Uber to get to campus, you will see on the Parking Map a large “S” in front of a building named “Hughes” which is now are designated spot for Rideshare vehicles. The curb is also painted light blue, and specifies Rideshare, for drop off/driver reference. They will walk down the hill past the flag poles and enter the building on the left, through an automatic door. Taking the elevator to floor 3 will get them outside of the Campus Bookstore, which they then can walk through the stairwell to get to the Tavern.

Metro Information

If you are using the metro, they can catch the AU shuttle that will be running from the metro to main campus at 15 minutes intervals, making stops along the way. The ‘Blue Route’ will be the best shuttle to take, as it will make a stop at the SPA building, labeled Kerwin on the map and is on the corner of Ward Circle and Nebraska Avenue. Getting off at this building and walking diagonally across campus will get you to the Mary Graydon Center as well.

If you have any questions, the Information Desk in the building is a great resource!
