The registration fee, as shown in the table below, includes access to all talks, and panels, coffee breaks, and other receptions during the reunion, including lunch on some days. Guests are responsible of their own transportation, accommodation and extra expenses. Also most out of town tours are to be paid separately.

Notes:
  • Registration is open to SUTA members in good standing who have paid their membership fees.
  • Guests of the members (first degree family members: spouse or common-law partner, child, sibling, parent) would only be charged at the same registration rate as the member they are accompanying.
  • To register for your kids and children please email snegin.sadr@gmail.com. The fee for them could be calculated based on the following table:

50% of the main registrant’s fee
  • For those interested individuals, who do not fall into any of the above categories (i.e., they have not attended SUT, nor been a faculty or staff member), they can apply for associate membership. For more information please contact members@suta.org.
  • A 20% cancellation fee will be charged prior to the cut-off date; after that date till a month before the event, the cancellation fee would be 50%, and in the last month prior to the event, there will be no reimbursement for cancellation.
  • If the cancellation is due to not receiving visa, on the condition that the visa application has been filed in complete form and within reasonable delays (i.e., prior to June 1st 2014), a full reimbursement can be requested till one week prior to the event. Documents to prove that the visa application has been filed in time, and in complete form, might be requested.
  • Although we have provided both Gala included and without Gala options in the registration, we strongly recommend every participant to take part in the gala, as it is the climax of the event and includes lots of good programs.
  • If your guests want to attend the Gala only, please add extra Gala tickets as you are registering online, the price for Gala Only tickets are €90 ($120 or 2,620,000 IRR). This price would be the same for all ages, student or not.

Special Discounted tickets:
  • SUTA is an inclusive association for all SUT graduates and faculty members and hence would like to offer interested registrants discounted tickets. You can send your requests to billing@suta.org by February 28, 2014 after filling out the online registration form Reunion 2014. In your email, please point out your situation briefly. Number of these tickets is limited and we shall assess requests individually and on first come first serve basis. Priority would be given to new graduates, unemployed, and retired members who may not have otherwise sufficient resources to attend the conference without the discount.
