Is
it possible to pay the registration fee after getting Visa?
No. SUTA can provide invitation letters if you have registered and paid
for Reunion.
SUTA refunds your registration fee, only if your visa application is denied.
What
can SUTA do for obtaining visa?
Given the current political climate our options are limited. As soon as
you register for the reunion and at your request we will send you an invitation
letter to the consulate certifying your participation, your association
with SUT, mentioning your job & position, and who is accompanying
you to the gathering. We will also provide you with a brochure that describes
the program in English that might be useful for obtaining visa
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers:
- Registration and Participation in the reunion programs
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
- Dinner on Friday Evening
- Gala dinner on Saturday Evening
- Reception on Friday afternoon
- Tee
and Coffee Breaks
What time do you prefer us to apply for getting Visa?
As soon
as possible, as US consulates need many months to do the security check.
Which city do you think is better for applying?
You never know how the consulates react, therefore, you should not spend
a lot of money on traveling for visa.
Which document will be necessary for applying?
Beside your passport, usually they want documents to show that your intention
for traveling to US is not to stay in US. They never say exactly what
documents are needed to prove this.
Could you give us any recommendation that be helpful in getting
Visa?
SUTA will provide you with a letter showing that you are traveling to
US to attend the Reunion 2006 in California.
Is it possible to pay the registration fee after getting Visa?

and paid for Reunion.
But SUTA refunds your registration fee, if your visa application is denied.
