Unfortunately, we were just informed that our dear friend and member, Mr. Davood Khodabandeh, has lost his son, Faraz, on November 10th, in a tragic car accident in the USA.

There is a FaceBook memorial page where the family is putting up the relative information about the upcoming ceremonies in Toronto, and pictures and memories are posted. If you want to contact Davood, please rather use his own email address or other personal contacts.

SUTA, and the Toronto Chapter, wish Davood and his family patience, and offer them our deepest sympathy.

    *************************************
There will be a memorial service at Parya Foundation on Friday Nov 22th 6-8 pm.
On another unofficial ceremony on Tuesday November 19, the family and friends will be celebrating life with memories of Faraz.
The family requests the participants not to order or bring flowers; instead you can donate the money to Cumberland Community Forest Society (CCFS), to honor him.

or Parya Foundation if you wish:
