SUTA BYLAWS
The SUTA Bylaws establish the fundamental principles, governance structure, and operating framework of the Association. They define the roles and responsibilities of members, committees, and leadership while promoting transparency, accountability, and effective governance across the global Sharif alumni community.
Approved Bylaws 2023
The new bylaws has been approved by members and certified by BoD on 10/29/2023. BoD is in process of implementing the new bylaws.
