Awards Overview
The Sharif University of Technology Association (SUTA) recognizes excellence through a series of prestigious awards that celebrate outstanding achievements in academia, research, innovation, leadership, community service, and alumni success.
Presented every two years, these awards honor individuals whose contributions have made a lasting impact on Sharif University of Technology, the global alumni community, and society.
Dr. Amin Lifetime Achievement Award
Purpose
To recognize a scholar whose outstanding lifetime contributions have advanced Sharif University of Technology, society, and the fields of science and technology.
Awarded in
2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024.
Dr. Mojtahedi Innovation Award
Purpose
To recognize outstanding research and innovative projects conducted across all departments of Sharif University of Technology.
Recipients
Sharif University of Technology students, faculty members, and recent graduates.
Awarded in
2010, 2016, 2018, and 2022.
Dr. Hojabri Distinguished Service Award
Purpose
To recognize individuals whose outstanding service has benefited Sharif University of Technology, its students, faculty members, and the Sharif University of Technology Association (SUTA).
Merged Awards

Maryam Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award
Purpose
To recognize alumni with exceptional professional, academic, entrepreneurial, or societal achievements whose work has made a meaningful impact both nationally and internationally.

Student Grants in Memory of the Victims of Flight PS752
Purpose
To support recent graduates of Sharif University of Technology as they pursue graduate studies and continue their academic journey.
Awarded in
2020, 2022, and 2024.
