- 1-on-1 mentorship support for individuals seeking new career and academic opportunities in various fields
- Presentation and Q&A Sessions with academics, experts, industry professionals, and entrepreneurs

سوتا مفتخر است به اطلاع برساند در راستای ایفای نقش اجتماعی و محوری خود در تقویت ارتباطات حرفه‌ای و آموزشی نسبت به برگزاری برنامه‌های مختلف مرتبط با پیشرفت حرفه‌ای و تحصیلی اعضای خود مبادرت می ورزد. خدمات ارائه شده به شرح زیر است:
- برنامه‌ی منتورشیپ برای راهنمایی شغلی، تحصیلی و کارآفرینی برای علاقه مندان به فعالیت در حوزه های مختلف
- برگزاری جلسات پرسش و پاسخ با متخصصین و صاحبان مشاغل صنعتی، دانشگاهی و کارآفرینان ایرانی
