Dear Friends 
The Toronto Chapter is having our 2014 Summer Family Picnic on Sunday September 7, 2014 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Milne Dam Conservation Park (close to McCowan and Hwy 7).
 
Lunch, Sports and entertainments
Lunch (Rice, combination of Kabob Kobideh & Joojeh Kabob) from Taftan Kabob. Salad, soft drink, tea, snack, fruits, water and dishes will be provided.
We also facilitate entertainments such as volley ball, soccer and music. Please feel free to bring your own games, cards, etc.

Note:
  • Upon admission to the picnic area, each person will be handed a wrist band to be worn and kept at all times during the picnic. Lunch and snacks will be served to those wearing wrist bands.
  • Based on Ontario regulation and by-laws possession of any open and closed alcohol containers at public places, especially provincial parks are prohibited. We carry no liability for such individual consuming alcoholic drinks during this event within the picnic area.

Cost for each ticket:
12 years and older: $20
6 to 11 years: $12
5 years and younger: Free.
No Meal Ticket: $5
The cost of site rental is included in the fees.
Park entrance fee: should be separately paid when entering the area.
Carpool: encouraged.

Please make sure to register online through our website first. You can choose to pay for your registration via following:
Email Money Transfer to snegin.sadr@gmail.com and use as password the first month of solar year (in Persian calendar).
