Dear Friends

Fanni Ontario Alumni Association in collaboration with SUTA, Mohandes and IAUT have organized the 2011 Summer Picnic for Sunday July 31, 2011 from 11 am to 7 pm at "Bruce Mills Conservation Area".
All members of the Association and their families and friends are cordially invited to actively participate in this picnic.
Details about the picnic are as follows:

1 - Map of Park and direction can be found from the following sites:

2 - For the convenience of our members, two sites with shelter have been booked.
"Maple Groove # 1" and "Maple Groove # 2"
Children's playground, hiking paths and small water park (requires admission) are available at the site.

3 – The picnic will be a Potluck picnic, i.e., all members and families are invited to bring their food to the picnic. A limited number of large BBQs are provided for the guests. But charcoal and fire igniters must be brought by families. We will also try to provide sound system, music, DJ, and volleyball net.

4 – Water, pop, chips and watermelon will be provided by organizers.

5 - The cost of the picnic (picnic site rental fee and snacks ) will be $10 for families and groups of 3 and less and $15 for families and groups of 4 and up. This fee will be collected at the picnic site.

6 - Park entrance fee will be collected by the park staff at the entrance gate:
$ 6.50 for persons 16 years and above, $ 5.50 for people 60 or older, and children under 15 are free.

8 - Please note that all organizers are non-political associations. Therefore, no advertisement or political activities during this picnic will be tolerated.

Sharif University of Technology Association (SUTA), Iranian Association of the University of Toronto (IAUT), and members of Mohandes and families are all welcome to this picnic.

Finally, we would like to remind all members that by participating in this kind of social and recreational activities, your families and children will have the opportunity to meet other families with similar interests and ideals.
