قطع اینترنت در ایران

در پی اعتراضات گسترده و گزارش‌های هولناک از کشته‌شدن خشونت‌بار معترضان توسط نیروهای امنیتی حکومتی، محدودیت‌های شدید و گسترده‌ای بر دسترسی به اینترنت در سراسر ایران اعمال شده است. اینترنت همراه، خطوط ثابت و پلتفرم‌های ارتباطی در اکثر مناطق به‌طور کامل قطع شده‌اند.

قطع اینترنت نه‌تنها آزادی دسترسی به اطلاعات را نقض می‌کند، بلکه حقوق بنیادین بشر از جمله دسترسی به خدمات پزشکی، ارتباط با اعضای خانواده، آموزش و مستندسازی نقض حقوق بشر را نیز به‌شدت تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. انزوای دیجیتال خطرات جدی برای جان و امنیت افراد ایجاد می‌کند؛ زیرا امکان اعلام وضعیت‌های اضطراری، دسترسی به کمک حقوقی و انتقال اطلاعات موثق به خارج از کشور از بین می‌رود.

ایرانیان خارج از کشور نیز تحت فشار روانی شدید قرار دارند، چرا که ارتباط با خانواده و دوستانشان در ایران به‌طور ناگهانی قطع شده و بی‌خبری از وضعیت آنان طاقت‌فرساست.

سوتا از شرکت‌های اینترنتی و مخابراتی، ارائه‌دهندگان اینترنت ماهواره‌ای مانند استارلینک، و توسعه‌دهندگان فناوری‌های امن و غیرمتمرکز می‌خواهد راهکارهای عملی و مقاوم در برابر سانسور برای دسترسی به اینترنت فراهم کنند.

سوتا متعهد به حمایت از دسترسی آزاد، امن و منطبق با موازين حقوق بشر به ارتباطات دیجیتال است.

Internet Shutdowns in Iran

Following protests and horrifying reports of the brutal killing of protesters by state security forces,severe restrictions on internet access have been imposed across Iran. Mobile data, fixed-line connections, and communication platforms are partially or completely shut down.

The loss of internet access affects not only freedom of information but also fundamental human rights, including access to medical assistance, contact with family members, education, and the documentation of human rights violations. Digital isolation significantly increases risks to life and safety, as emergencies cannot be reported, legal support cannot be reached, and reliable information cannot reach the outside world.

The Iranian diaspora is experiencing severe psychological distress due to the sudden loss of contact with loved ones and the uncertainty surrounding their safety.

SUTA calls on internet and telecommunications companies, satellite-based services such as Starlink, and developers of secure, decentralized technologies to provide practical, censorship-resistant technical solutions.

SUTA remains committed to free, secure, and human-rights–compliant access to digital communication.
